What is BOQIFY?
BOQIFY is an AI quantity surveyor for architects, contractors, developers, engineers and quantity surveyors. It measures and counts from plans and produces a bill of quantities (BOQ). You can use it as BOQ software and as an AI BOQ generator.

How is BOQIFY different from manual work?
BOQIFY runs on deterministic logic and prevents the mistakes that happen in manual work.
Can I create a BOQ again later?
Yes. You can create the BOQ again, even after some time, without redoing the work.
How long does it take to get the report?
The report is produced within minutes.
Does the software have more features?
Yes. It gives a first estimate, and it checks an existing bill of quantities against the plans.
Plan files
Which plan files can I use?
DWG, DXF and vector PDF. For Revit, use an IFC export (recommended) or an RVT file through your studio's own Autodesk account.
Can I do a takeoff from PDF or DWG?
Yes. A takeoff from DWG works, and so does a takeoff from PDF when the PDF is a vector file. DXF files work too.

What do I get from BOQIFY?
A BOQ in Excel (.xlsx), including your own Excel file annotated in place. You can also get a printable A4 PDF (right to left), CSV, JSON and a priced version.
Can BOQIFY check a BOQ I already have?
Yes. The validator runs checks on an existing BOQ. It reads Excel, PDF and Word files.
Does the system support revisions?
Yes. It also explains the cost difference between one revision and the next.

BOQIFY learns your studio profile, and your corrections improve later BOQs.
Your files and your data
What happens to my files?
Your data is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Each studio's data is kept apart (tenant isolation).
Are my plans used to train models?
Client files are not used to train models.
Are my plans sent to an AI vendor?
Sending plans to an AI vendor is a separate opt-in.
Review and signing
How does BOQIFY prevent human error?
BOQIFY runs on deterministic logic, and it shows the source of every line: the sheet, the layer and the entity. This makes it easy to see where each number came from.
Can I share a BOQ with my team?
Yes. The roles are owner, admin, editor and viewer. You can also share a read-only link, and it expires after 90 days at most.

Does BOQIFY work in Hebrew and in English?
Yes. BOQIFY works in Hebrew (right to left) and in English. The printable PDF is A4, right to left.
